Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may have minor variations in appearance due to lighting, photography, screen settings, craftsmanship or the natural characteristics of precious metals and gemstones.

Natural diamonds may differ slightly in appearance, including their colour, clarity, inclusions and overall characteristics.

Product availability is subject to stock and manufacturing capacity.

Iraah reserves the right to discontinue, modify or update products without prior notice.

Product images, descriptions and specifications should be read together before placing an order.

Jewellery is manufactured through individual craftsmanship, and minor variations in product weight, dimensions and other specifications may occur.

The actual metal weight of the delivered jewellery may vary by up to 10% from the displayed or estimated metal weight due to manufacturing and craftsmanship variations.

The final product weight mentioned on the invoice shall be considered the actual billed weight.

If the actual metal weight of the delivered product is lower than the displayed or estimated weight, the corresponding price difference shall be refunded to the customer.

If the actual metal weight is higher than the displayed or estimated weight, any applicable additional amount shall be communicated to the customer and collected accordingly.

Diamond weight, gemstone weight, dimensions and other product specifications may also have minor variations due to manufacturing requirements and product design.

Customers are advised to refer to the final invoice and product certificate, wherever applicable, for the final product details.

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.

Jewellery prices may depend on prevailing gold, silver, platinum and diamond rates, metal weight, diamond weight, making charges, applicable taxes and other relevant costs.

Precious metal rates may fluctuate due to market conditions.

The price applicable to an order shall be the price displayed and confirmed at the time of successful order placement, subject to any genuine pricing or technical error.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes wherever indicated.

Any applicable price difference arising from product weight variation shall be handled in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.

An order confirmation message or email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Iraah reserves the right to accept or reject an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity or other legitimate reasons.

An order shall be considered accepted once it has been confirmed by Iraah for processing.

For made-to-order, customised or personalised jewellery, manufacturing timelines may vary depending on the design and production requirements.

Iraah may contact customers to verify order details, payment information, delivery address or other information required to process an order.

If an order is cancelled by Iraah after payment has been received, any eligible refund shall be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7.1 Gold Rate Fixed Orders

• Advance — A minimum of 80% of the MRP is required to secure the gold rate and offer at the time of placing the order.
• Billing Adjustment — If the gold rate or offer decreases at the time of billing, customers benefit from the lower rate/offer.

Customers may make payments using the payment methods made available on our website at the time of purchase.

All payments must be completed through authorised payment channels.

Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as per prevailing laws.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information at the time of purchase.

Iraah shall issue an invoice for successfully processed orders in accordance with applicable laws.

Orders may be held, cancelled or declined where payment is unsuccessful, disputed, unauthorised or suspected to be fraudulent.

Any EMI, wallet, promotional or third-party payment facility shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

Order cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds shall be governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the applicable cancellation conditions.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available.

Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery for online purchases or within 7 days of purchase for store purchases, subject to the applicable policy conditions.

Customised, personalised, engraved and special-order jewellery may not be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged once confirmed, except where required under applicable law.

Products purchased using schemes, wallet balances or EMI facilities may be subject to exchange-only conditions.

Products with an individual value above ₹5,00,000 shall be subject to exchange-only conditions under the applicable return policy.

Gold and silver coins are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

All return and exchange requests are subject to product inspection, verification and approval.

Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the relevant policy.

Iraah offers free standard shipping across India, subject to serviceability.

We currently deliver orders within India only.

Ready-to-Ship products generally require 5–7 business days for delivery.

Made-to-Order and handcrafted products generally require 15–20 business days for delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing requirements, courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are packed securely using appropriate protective packaging.

Domestic shipments are insured until delivery, subject to the applicable shipping and insurance terms.

Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with, please refuse acceptance wherever possible and contact our customer support team immediately.

Tracking details will be shared through available communication channels after dispatch.

Address changes may be requested before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes or rerouting may not be possible.

Returns and eligible return pickups shall be governed by our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

Lifetime Resizing

Ring resizing is available throughout the lifetime of the product. Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer after inspection.

• If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
• If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
• Any applicable refund will be processed through online bank transfer within 5 days after dispatch of the resized product.

Lifetime Free Repairs

Iraah offers lifetime free repairs for eligible jewellery purchased from Iraah, including manufacturing defects, broken chains, hooks, tarnishing and other repairable issues, subject to inspection.

Free home pick-up and drop-off are provided for eligible repair services.

If a product cannot be repaired, Iraah will assess its condition and provide a suitable solution on a case-by-case basis.

Offers, discounts, coupons and promotional benefits are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Promotional offers may be applicable only for a limited period, selected products or specific payment methods.

Offers may not be combined unless expressly stated by Iraah.

Iraah reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw promotional offers in accordance with applicable law.

Any discount, coupon or promotional benefit applied during the original purchase may be considered while calculating eligible refund, exchange, Lifetime Exchange or Lifetime Buyback values, as specified in the applicable policy.

Free gifts or promotional items supplied with an order may need to be returned along with the purchased product when a return or exchange is requested.
