How to Find Your Size

  1. 01

    Measure a ring you own

Take a ring that fits the finger you are buying for. Measure straight across the inside, edge to edge, in millimetres, and match it to the Inner Diameter column.

  2. 02

    Measure your finger

Wrap a thin strip of paper or thread around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres. Match it to the Inner Circumference column.

Sizing Tips

  • Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are at their largest, and avoid measuring when your hands are cold.

  • Make sure the ring will pass over your knuckle, not just sit at the base of the finger.

  • Wide bands sit more snugly than thin ones; if you are choosing a wide band, consider the next size up.

  • Measure two or three times and use the measurement you get most often.

Bracelet Size

Bracelet Size Guide

A well-fitted bracelet rests lightly on the wrist, close enough to stay in place and loose enough to move.

  1. 01

    Wrap your wrist

Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist where the bracelet will sit, just above the wrist bone. Keep it close to the skin without pulling it tight.

  2. 02

    Or use a string

Wrap a piece of string around the same spot and mark where the ends meet, then lay it straight against a ruler and read the length.

  3. 03

    Allow a little room

For a bracelet with a clasp, add about 1 inch (2.5 cm) to your wrist measurement so it sits comfortably and moves with you.

7"17.78

These are wrist measurements, not bracelet lengths. For a clasp bracelet, add about 1 inch (2.5 cm) to your wrist size.

Bangle Size

Bangle Size Guide

A bangle should slip over your hand without a struggle and rest easily on the wrist.

  1. 01

    Measure your hand

Tuck your thumb into your palm, as you would when slipping on a bangle, and measure straight across the widest part of your hand. Match that width to the Inner Diameter below.

  2. 02

    Or measure a bangle

Take a bangle that slips comfortably over your hand and measure straight across the inside, edge to edge. Match that to the Inner Diameter below.

  3. 03

    Between two sizes

Choose the larger one. A bangle has no clasp, so it needs to pass over your knuckles with ease.

Necklace Length

Necklace Length Guide

Each length frames the neckline a little differently. Measure first, then choose the drape that suits you.

  1. 01

    Measure where it sits

Wrap a flexible tape or a piece of string around your neck where you would like the necklace to rest. With string, mark where the ends meet and lay it flat against a ruler.

  2. 02

    Allow a little room

Add about 2 inches (5 cm) to your neck measurement for a necklace that drapes comfortably.

  3. 03

    Choosing a choker

A choker is meant to sit close, so add only about half an inch (1.3 cm) to your neck measurement.

StyleLength (inches)Length (cm)
ChokerSits close and snug at the base of the neck.14"35.5
CollarboneRests along the collarbone and layers easily with a pendant.16"40.5
PrincessFalls just below the collarbone; a favourite length for pendants.18"45.5
MatineeSettles around the top of the neckline.20"51
OperaA longer, graceful drape for formal occasions.24"61
RopeA statement length to wear long, doubled or layered.30"+76+

Where a necklace falls varies with height, build and the weight of a pendant, so treat these lengths as a guide.
